If you would like to make your reservation for an Upcoming Walk, please click on the appropriate link at the right to open the Reservation Form in Adobe Acrobat PDF. (If you need Acrobat, click the link below for the free download.)

Please print the form and fill out the information completely.  When finished, please mail it along with your check for $100 to the address on the form. 

Youth Disciples who submit their application and check at least one month in advance qualify for the "Early Bird" registration fee of $90.

Reservations are accepted first come, first served.  Crossroads and Radiant members are given priority until one month prior to the upcoming Walk, at which time remaining spaces may be filled by those from other churches.
